I will be working in pair with Gyula Golner – the only one from the older generation who I haven’t met in person yet. He has a strong character just like me, but I am sure we will make a good team as we are both obsessed with quality. I was glad to be asked as it is a real honour to participate in a work like this. For me it won’t be a simple joyride as a ball is all about the guests, just like an ordinary day in a restaurant. But when we have cooked our two courses, we can start relaxing!
