Magazine: About topical issues
The National Association of Public Catering Service Providers (KÖZSZÖV) celebrated its 15th birthday on 23 April. About 200 people gathered from the public service catering sector for a trade day. Speakers talked about the past and summarised the most important developments of 2014. After this they discussed the most topical issues. Dr Márton Oravecz, president of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) spoke about the basic principles that shape the national public service catering strategy. Dr Éva Martos, deputy director of the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (OGYÉI) shed light on the details of the 37/2014 EMMI decree on the most important dietary risk factors. Jolán Kubányi, president of the Hungarian Dietetic Association (MDOSZ) analysed the role of special diets in public service catering.
