The European finals of Bocuse d'Or begins today in Stockholm
A large number of Hungarian fans travelled to Stockholm to the European finals of Bocuse d'Or on Monday and Tuesday, inspired by last year’s excellent performance of Széll Tamás the chef of Onix and his assistant.
Hungary this year is represented by Molnár Gábor at the prestigious competition. He works as the deputy chef at the Geisel's Vinothek in Munich. After he won the Tradition and Evolution competition, he also became the best at the Hungary finals of Bocuse d'Or, so he gained the right to compete in the strong international field in the Swedish capital to obatin the right to take part at the finals in Lyon.
