Food price shock is easing say London analysts
The rise in food prices does not seem to be filtered through to the consumer prices in Hungary in a level that was expected. This may be one reason of the significant decrease of the annual inflation rate last month – London analysts say after the inflation datas of October has been released.
According to datas of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) consumer prices were 6 percent higher in the past month than a year ago, after the 6.6 percent twelve-month rate measured in September. (Kertész Róbert, MTI)
