Lidl employees received the Grand Prize for Hungarian Commerce

Two Lidl Magyarország employees who have been working for the company for over 20 years have received prestigious professional recognition. Beáta Lampertné Pisch, a store employee at the Lidl store in Mór, and Sarolta Erika Csuka, store manager at the Gyöngyös store, both received the Grand Prize for Hungarian Commerce. The awards were presented on November 5, 2025 in Budapest, at the XXI. At the European Trade Day event.

 The Hungarian Trade Grand Prize, founded by Sándor Demján, is awarded every year by the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) to those professionals who contribute to the development of domestic retail with their outstanding performance, commitment and exemplary work. This year, two employees of Lidl Hungary were also honored with the prestigious award, who received the award as a result of their long-term dedication and outstanding work.

Beáta Lampertné Pisch has been working at Lidl Hungary since the beginning, since 2004, and is currently a store employee at the Mór store. During her two-decade career, she has also played an active role as a corporate health ambassador and trainer, and has helped numerous new employees learn. Her colleagues and customers alike highly appreciate her helpfulness, positive attitude and commitment to the store chain. Erika Sarolta Csuka started working at Lidl in 2005 and has been the store manager of the Gyöngyös store since 2019.

Perseverance, precision and a customer-oriented approach characterize her work, thanks to which she and her team have won several store competitions in recent years. Under Erika’s leadership, a family atmosphere has developed in the Gyöngyös store, which not only enhances employee satisfaction but also the customer experience.
