Consultation on the EU Code of Practice on AI concluded

Henna Virkkunen, executive vice-president for tech sovereignty, security and democracy invites AI model providers to adhere to the Code as doing so will secure them a clear, collaborative route to compliance with the EU’s AI Act
The European Commission has published the final draft of its Code of Practice on General- Purpose AI.

The document is structured around three main chapters: transparency, copyright, and security and safety. The code has been presented to the AI Board, which is made up of representatives from EU Member States and will decide on its approval in the coming weeks.
