Strategic acquisition completed: Eisberg Hungary Kft. is now part of Green Factory
As part of a strategic acquisition, Poland-based Green Factory has bought the Hungarian and Romanian subsidiaries of Eisberg.
Green Factory is one of the best-know food producers in the region, processing fresh vegetables, making salads and manufacturing related convenience products (e.g. salad bowls). With its well-known brands, including Fit&Easy and Primavega, the company is a big market player and a strategic partner of McDonald’s, plus a supplier of all the major retail and HoReCa chains in the region.
