Diageo completes Chase Distillery deal

Spirits giant Diageo has completed the acquisition of Chase Distillery in the UK. The deal was given regulatory clearance in February 2021.This acquisition will see the addition of the award-winning Chase Original Potato Vodka and seven premium plus gins to the Diageo portfolio.
