DB Schenker’s integration in Hungary is completed
The integration process taking place at the Schenker Kft. is approaching to its end. The company moves its geographically separated departments to a joint site, in order to increase the service quality further and fully exploit intermodal service options.
The move and its implementation is a complex process that requires a lot of attention. The move begins in the autumn of 2014 and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2015.
Hungary has always been an important market for the Schenker Group that was established in 1872 in Vienna. The Schenker Group opened its first “foreign” office in 1874 in Budapest.
