Artificial meat: the wheel keeps turning

Dutch organisation for cell-based food CANS has announced: Dutch companies can now submit applications for the tasting of cultured meat and fish, before the European Commission approves them at EU level.

The first applications are expected to be evaluated in early 2024 and following a positive assessment, tastings will start soon. //
