Flax for health

András Föglein, managing director of Biogreen International, spoke about their patented product called Linom. It is very versatile material made from flax which can be used in the milling and bakery industry, for making pastas and cereals, and for sweets and biscuits as well. As it has beneficial effects on health, it can also be used in meat products and additives.
