The job of the professional jury was not an easy, because they had to decide from nearly 140 unique and exciting recipes. The winner, the creator of Budapest Cheesecake has become Teller Zsuzsa who has redefined the concept of poppy seed dough, creating the “poppy seed dough cheese cake with plum dressing”.
