Most successful promotion of the year 2009. Silver medal and POPAI special award:Univer Be the Devil of the Kitchen!
Univer Product Zrt. of Kecskemét is one of the country’s major food companies. In cooperation with PR agency Well, they implemented a promotion campaign between 1 May and 31 December 2009, targeting young main shoppers and their family members. Univer tried to generate attention around their Univer Magyar Ízek (Hungarian Flavours) product group.
To participate in the prize game, customers had to send in the codes on Magyar Ízek products via SMS. More than 340,000 text messages were sent; the main prize was a dream kitchen in the value of HUF 1,000,000. Thanks to its ‘devilish’ POP tools, the promotion won POPAI Hungary’s special award.
