Lavazza buys shares

Italian coffee company Lavazza has acquired an 80-percent share in Nims, a company that sells coffee capsules and coffee vending machines. The two companies started cooperating back in 1994. With this move Lavazza aims at increasing coffee capsule sales in Italy.
