Krisztina Szabad, the managing director of Archicom introduced their ‘Webeye’ system to the readers of Trade magazine: – A vehicle tracking device is part of the system. It is a small and simple, sabotage-proof device that is capable of storing several months’ data. Another important element of the system is the service centre, which collects, stores and processes the data from vehicles – these are sent to users. All this done via the Internet, making the system cheap and simple. András Koncz, a product manager with For-Max Kft. told that they were distributing Wayteq navigation devices, which can be of great help in the work of couriers, for instance in planning routes. Szemerey Transport equipped its vehicles with satellite GPS fleet tracking.
Commissioners of Szeremley’s services have access to the system – which is provided by CSB-Sytem – and they can track the cooling temperature or the route of vehicles. Tamás Regensburger, Szeremley’s business development director added that their vehicles are equipped with certified tachographs and vehicles’ cooling facilities were calibrated every year. Mobile scales: modern mobile scales are accurate, certified, and they process and transfer data. Antal Beznóczky, the managing director of Prominens Kft. informed us that a growing number of transporting vehicles with a satellite tracking system are usually also equipped with mobile scales – by measuring during transportation they can save time, energy and fuel.
