Economic performance growth in the euro area slowed down in June

Eurozone PMIs decreased, but still show growth
In June, the Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) of all three eurozone countries fell, but still remained above the 50 points that separate growth from decline.
The final June value of the manufacturing industry PMI, announced on Friday, fell to the lowest level since August 2020, to 52.1 points, lower than May’s 54.6 points. (MTI)
