Czech retail sales growth slowed in August
The growth of the Czech retail sales slowed in August: in July the growth was an annual 6.2 percent, while only 2.7 percent in August – the Czech Statistical Office (CSU) announced on Monday.
On a monthly seasonally adjusted basis, the retail slaes increase was 0.6 percent in August, This year, August had one less working day than last year. The sales of computer technology on the Internet increased by 12.7 percent on an annual level in August. (Kokes János, MTI)
