The Etele Plaza is expected to be handed over next autumn

Slowly, the Etele Plaza of the Futureal Group is in a state of readiness in the 11th district – portfolio.hu wrote.

The construction of the Etele Square mall is now in an advanced stage, and the wall construction work will soon be completed. Currently, more than 400 professionals are working on establishing Etele Plaza in Őrmező and this number will more than double in the near future. After using nearly 10,000 tons of reinforcing steel and 73,000 cubic meters of concrete, the future shopping and entertainment center will reach 35 meters high.

The developer is expecting 50,000 visitors a day after the handover planned for next autumn. (portfolio.hu)
