Alternative foods are offered by European scientists
Europe’s scientific academies say that urgent action is needed in the area of nutrition and nutrition safety: Europe needs to change its dietary habits to avoid hunger caused by climate change.
Scientists encourage to increase the proportion of sea food and raise awareness of the potential of meat produced in the laboratory and the consumption of insects.
The Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) on its website published the first part of a global analysis, on Europe, which was created with the involvement of 130 academies. (MTI)
