Research: these six types of work styles will dominate the office of the future
Based on the findings of global research, a total of six types of typical employees can be distinguished by technological development and the level of flexible work independent of location, with which all managers and companies must now calculate. In addition to effective cooperation, experts have highlighted another very important aspect: in office equipment purchases, it is no longer the function set of flipchart boards or the quality of chairs that counts, but the ability of everyone to participate in the joint work according to their technological development level – be it group meetings or individual work.
