The training of chefs working at embassies at the METRO Customer Academy
The reinterpretation and modernization of the Hungarian cuisine is the goal of the Magyar Konyha (Hungarian Cuisine) magazine’s training which was organized for the second time on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the METRO Customer Academy. The training was held for Hungarian chefs working at embassies.
The training’s duration is one week. Every day a different training topic will be in the focus of the event. The Foreign Ministry brought to life this training to show new materials and new cooking techniques to the chefs working in diplomatic missions. Such recognized national professionals will help the chefs as Huszár Krisztián, the chef of ZONA, Mogyorósi Gábor, the chef of Laci!Konyha and Várvizi Péter chef.
The three chefs were finalists at the well-known Tradition & Evolution culinary competition. They are the chefs of Michelin-starred restaurants, boutique restaurants and cooking schools.
