As winter arrives in the Tokaj Mountains, a celebration of colors, scents and atmospheres welcomes you to Minaro Hotel Tokaj MGallery. The hotel’s winter program series “Magic Tales” evokes the magical moments of Christmas and the end of the year – with spectacular decorations, musical evenings, wine experiences and special events that reinterpret Tokaj traditions.

On November 30, a creative craft workshop led by master decorator Zoltán Gerliczki awaits those interested, where they can make their own holiday wreath.

And on December 21, an exclusive SPA Party closes Advent: lights, water, music and a ritual of renewal introduce guests to the holiday.

At Christmas, Minaro creates a real fairy-tale atmosphere that appeals to adults and children alike. Every year, the hotel, with the help of master florist Zoltán Gerliczki, dresses in a unique decoration: the scent of mulled wine fills the lobby, the flavors of the season await guests on the buffets, and the evenings are filled with music and storytelling.

Christmas days also hold special experiences. Every evening is filled with live music, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The holiday season is also about playfulness: guests can participate in the Minaro Tales story-writing competition, where they can win a two-night stay for two with their own Christmas tale. In addition, puzzle and UNO tournaments add to the social moments.

On the last day of the year, the hotel’s New Year’s event, “Art & Sound by Frida Kahlo” and the “Flame of Wishes” ritual, help guests enter 2026 renewed and with a clear soul. Stage performances by Danny Blue and Viktor Varga, a midnight champagne toast, a costume contest and raffles will end the year in a real fiesta atmosphere.
