Diversity and Unity: female workers and managers at Unilever
More than seventy percent of the sales of Unilever is carried out by female customers and women also play a key role in the life on the company both on international and domestic level.
More than half of the senior managers are women, 44 percent of management positions are filled by women. These figures show a 38 percent increase over the past five years in global context – Unilever’ s “Diversity and Unity” report reveals. The report containing these encouraging data was published on 8 March on Women's Day.
