Culinary calendar

Liz Carver, a designer working in Milwaukee (Wisconsin), published a calendar with the recipe of a seasonal dish and its stylish photo featured for each month. A cookery book also comes with the calendar. Perhaps 4, 6 or 12 restaurants could do the same in the different geographical regions of Hungary – if necessary in partnership with local winemakers and artisan food producers, for promotional purposes.
