Ferran Adriá star chef opens a culinary creative laboratory and gastronomic innovation museum at the former world-famous ElBulli restaurant, situates in the Costa Brava. The Spanish chef announced this on Monday at the opening day of the Madrid Fusión Cuisine Art Congress.
