The Willy Wonka craft chocolates are popular abroad
Mészáros Gábor chose the purple color of Milka and Cadburry as basic color to his new Willy Wonka chocolate factory, because the cocoa beans are not brown, but purple – hvg.hu writes.
The journalists of hvg could taste six kinds of craft chocolate in the scope of a “factory trip”, with toppings, such as freeze-dried cranberries, candied ginger or pecans.
The young man has invented his own chocome-branded chocolate molds, because his product was copied. Has just started experimenting with hand-tempering in 2009, at a 70 square meter apartment in Budapest. He purchased the raw material from Belgium, while the variety of toppings enriched the chocolates with more and more variations.
