Key chapter in the big book of carnivores – Picture of the day
In an old joke, the members of a table group explain to the waiter how well done they want their steak, then the waiter goes into the kitchen and tells the chef: he orders four roast beef!
In an average restaurant, they ask how you want the steak, and in a good one, they make it the way you ask. Carnivores already know the “technical language” (rare, well-done, etc.) – the difference between what these words mean can best be perceived by seeing the result side by side.
Now we show not only that, but also how to order them where English is not the world language, how they like steak in different states of the USA, and how someone who doesn’t feel like a professional cook should cook steak.
