KSH: the number of employees continued to increase

The number of employees increased further in the three-month period in May-July. 4 million 484 thousand people was working in this period, which is 50,000 more than one year ago, and 9,000 more than in the previous three months – the Central Statistical Office wrote.

The employment rate of 15-64 year-olds increased by 1.1 percentage points to 69.4 percent in one year.

The number of people on the primary labor market increased by 92,000, the number of those who declared themselves as public employees decreased by 37,000. (MTI)
