KSH: export rose by 5.5 percent in September
In September, the value of exports in euro increased by 5.5 and imports grew by 6.7 percent, compared to the same period of last year, according to a first estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) published on Wednesday.
In August, export growth accelerated to 10.2 percent from the 5.0 percent of July, while imports increased by 12.6 percent, following an 11.3 percent increase of the month before.
The September foreign trade surplus decreased by 36 million euros to 928 million euros, compared to a year before. (MTI)
