KSH: the number of employees increased in June-August

In June-August, the number of employees was 4 million 386 thousand, 135 thousand more than the year before. The employment rate for the 15-64 age group increased by 2.5 percentage points, to 67.1 percent – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported on Tuesday.

To the 135 thousand increase, the domestic primary labor market has contributed to nearly 130 thousand. The range of public employees increased by more than 4 thousand, while the number of employees in foreign sites has been extended by one and a half thousand. (MTI)
