The rise in earnings was double-digit in March

In March, gross average wages increased by 10.2 percent to 367,000 HUF, compared to a year before – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced Thursday.

The growth has been double digits for the twenty-sixth month, since February 2017.

The average earnings were 377,100 forints. Without calculating the wages of public employees, it is 9.1 percent more than in March last year.
The net average earnings were 244,200 forints without discounts, and 251,600 forints taking the discounts into account. (MTI)
