KSH: Retail sales rose the most in May this year
Retail sales volume grew by 6.0 percent according to the raw data. Calendar effect adjusted, the increase reached 5.5 percent in May, compared with a year before, according to the second estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), published on Monday.
The retail sector has grown significantly and achieved its best results of this year in May. The growth is over the expectations. The Central Statistical Office (KSH) in its second estimate improved the May data from 5.4 to 5.5 percent compared to the first estimate released on July 5. (MTI)
