KSH: four-month export surplus is over two billion euros
In the first four months of the year, the trade surplus became 2.081 billion euros as an 5.3 percent increase occured in the value of exports in euro and 7.4 percent in imports compared to the same period last year – according to the first estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Friday’s. The January-April surplus is 549 million euros lower than a year before.
In April, exports exceeded by 3.6 percent, imports by 7.0 percent year-on-year, with a monthly export surplus decreased by 255 million euros to 228 million euros. (MTI)
