In June-August KSH employed 39 thousand more than a year earlier

During the June-August period, the average number of employees was 4 million 484 thousand, 39 thousand more than a year before. The employment rate of 15-64 year-olds increased by 0.8 percentage points to 69.4 percent in one year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported on Thursday.

The number of people working in the primary labor market increased by 90,000, but the number of public employees decreased by 42,000 and the number of people working at foreign sites decreased by 9,000. (MTI)
