KSH: foreign trade surplus may be close to 700 million euros in January
In January, the export surplus increased to 691 million euros from the 345 million euros of December and was 184 million euros higher than the previous year’s 507 million euros – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced.
According to the Central Statistical Office’s (KSH) first estimation released on Wednesday, the value of exports in January was 6.841 billion euros, 3.7 percent more than in the previous year while imports increased by 1.0 percent to 6.150 billion euros. The value of export was 409 million higher, while import was 63 million euros higher than in December 2014. (MTI)
