KSH: exports increased by 5.5 and imports increased by 7.5 percent in February
In February, the value of exports in euro increased by 5.5 and imports increased by 7.5 percent, compared to the previous year. The surplus of exports fell by 86 million euros and reached 881 million euros – according to a second estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
At constant prices, the volume of exports increased by 2.5, and imports increased by 3.7 percent. Turnover was affected by the fact that in February this year, there was one less working day. According to the calendar adjusted data, the volume of exports increased by 6.1, and imports increased 7.5 percent, compared to last February. (MTI)
