KSH export increased by 5 and import grew by 1.3 percent in June
The value of exports in euros increased by 5 percent, while imports grew by 1.3 percent in June compared with a year before, so the trade surplus increased by 302 million euros to 1 129 million euros (HUF 355 billion) – on the basis of the first estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
In the first half of 2016 the value of exports increased by 3.5 percent calculated in euros, while imports increased by 1.5 percent and the foreign trade surplus increased by 997 million euros to 5.3 billion euros (HUF 1660 billion).
In June, the value of exports increased by 8.5 billion euros (HUF 2657 billion) and imports by 7.3 billion euros (HUF 2302 billion). (MTI)
