KSH: investments grew by 8.7 percent in the first quarter
In the first quarter of this year, the volume of investments increased by 8.7 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year and by 3.2 percent, compared to the previous quarter, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Monday.
The seasonally adjusted volume of investments in the first quarter was slightly higher than the highest level ever measured in the third quarter of 2021. The pick-up in investment growth was driven by business development and growing household activity, while budget investment declined, the report added. (MTI)
