KSH: Investments increased by 2.5 percent in the first quarter
As in the previous quarter, the recovery was again driven by growing budget and household activity, while business development continued to decline.
In the first three quarters of last year, the volume of investments decreased by 8.6 percent, compared to the high base a year before, then in the fourth quarter it increased by 2.5 percent compared to a year before and by 4.8 percent compared to the previous quarter. This resulted in a 3.8 percent year-on-year decline in investment in 2020 from a record high of a year before. (MTI)
