KSH: Compared to the low point in April, the number of domestic guest nights increased 14 times in October
In October, as a result of the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, measures to make entry more difficult, the number of foreign guests fell by 94 per cent and the number of nights they spent in commercial accommodation by 93 percent compared to the same period last year.
The number of domestic guests decreased by 35 percent and the number of nights spent by 30 percent. Domestic guests spent 89 percent of the 909 thousand guest nights, which is a total of 63.7 percent less – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported on Tuesday. (MTI)
