KSH: last year, the amount of R&D expenditures exceeded HUF 700 billion
In Hungary, the amount of research and development (R&D) expenditures at current prices reached 702 billion HUF in 2019, which is more than twice as much as in 2010 – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said in its latest comprehensive analysis.
The ratio of R&D expenditure to GDP was 1.48 percent in 2019, 0.36 percentage points higher than ten years before. In Hungary, the amount of R&D expenditures calculated at current prices has steadily increased in recent years (excluding the decline in 2016), the KSHannounced. (MTI)
