KSH: producer prices decreased by 9.2 percent in May
Agricultural producer prices fell by 9.2 percent in May, compared to the same period of the previous year.
The price of vegetable products decreased by 14.8 percent, the price of live animals and animal products increased by 2.2 percent – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Monday. The price of cereals decreased by 17.0 percent, while the price of industrial plants declined by 11.8 percent in May, compared to May 2013. (MTI)
