KSH: 677 million euros export surplus in March
In March, the value of commodity exports in euro rose by 4.9 percent and imports by 5.6 percent, compared to the same period of last year. The commodity turnover surplus was 677 million euros, 21 million euros less than last March – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on the basis of its first estimate on Thursday.
Exports increased by 5.9 percent in the first quarter and imports by 7.5 percent. Export surplus decreased by 260 million euros, compared to the same period of last year and amounted to 1,886 billion euros. (MTI)
