KSH: Retail sales grew by 6.2 percent in October
In October, retail trade turnover was 6.2 percent higher than a year ago, according to both the raw and calendar-free data – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Thursday.
Non-food retail sales increased by 9.8 percent year-over-year, after the 8.5 percent of the previous month. Mixed retail sales increased by 14.2 percent, sales of textiles, clothing and footwear increased by 6.5 percent, calendar adjusted sales increased by 6.4 percent.
