KSH: Hungarian economy grew by 2.4 percent
The Cental Statistical Office published today the preliminary GDP datas for the first quarter of 2011.
GDP grew by 2.4 percent compared to the first quarter of 2010 and by 0.7 percent, compared to the fourth quarter of last year. The data is not surprising, since the Reuters expected 2.4, while the Portfolio.hu a 2.5 percent growth.
Based on the datas, OTP expects a slightly higher than 3 percent growth for this year – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
