KSH: earnings increased by 15.9 percent
In April, the average gross earnings of full-time employees were 507,500 HUF, excluding public employees 518,500 HUF. The net average salary calculated taking into account the discounts reached 349,700 HUF, excluding the discounts it was 337,500 HUF. Gross average earnings were 15.2 percent higher and net average earnings, taking into account discounts, were 15.9 percent higher than a year before, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Friday.

Earnings continue to grow on an annual basis
Taking into account the 14.8 percent increase in average net earnings excluding discounts and the 9.5 percent inflation in April, real wage growth was 4.8 percent.
Regular average gross earnings are estimated at 457,300 HUF, 14.1 percent higher than in April of the previous year. (MTI)
