KSH: 142 thousand more workers than a year ago

The number of employees in April-June was 4 343.700, 142 more than the year before – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Thursday.

Among the employees 4 304.500 belonged to the age group of 15-64 years, their employment rate increased by 2.6 percentage points to 66.4 percent. The number of employees in this group increased by137.5 thousand compared to the same period of the previous year. (MTI)
