KSH: 131 700 HUF is the average net earning
Real wages beside the 5 percent growth of the consumer price index, increased by 2.8 percent in January-October, mostly due to the changes in the personal income tax rules – reports the Central Stattistical Office (KSH).
The number of employees at companies employing at least 5 people and at financial institutions, was an average of 2 million 699 thousand in the January-October period of 2010. During the same period, the average gross wages increased by 2.3 percent, while the average net earnings were 7.9 percent higher than in the previous year. Real wages (beside the 5.0 percent growth of the consumer price index increased by 2.8 percent.
