KSH: Retail sales increased by 0.8 percent
The volume of retail sales increased by 0.8 percent in February according to the raw data, compared to the same period of last year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Monday on the basis of its second estimate.
Calendar effect adjusted, the volume of retail sales increased by, 0.9 percent, compared to the same period of last year. The raw data is 0.2, the calendar effect adjusted data is 0.3 percentage point lower than in the first estimate released at the beginning of the month. The effect of the high base also played a role in the moderate growth – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported. (MTI)
