KSH: inflation was 0.6 percent in September
Consumer prices were on average 0.6 percent higher in September than a year before, while compared with the previous month increased by an average of 0.2 percent.
The Central Statistical Office (KSH) – reported on Tuesday that in August, prices fell by 0.1 percent in annual comparison, while compared to the previous month, prices decreased by 0.4 percent.
The seasonally adjusted annual core inflation increased to 1.4 percent from the 1.2 percent of August.
In January-September, consumer prices increased by an average of 0.1 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year. (MTI)
